Prophetic Vision 08/06/09

Intro Internship Class

During worship time in class, I had a vision of the Lord sitting. Oil was dripping from his head down to the floor. He stood and took a step and then unlatched a door before Him. He opened the door outward to show a panoramic view of His loved ones. His people appear to have spotlights shining on each one and yet there is darkness behind. (I realize the darkness is simply a statement that we are still in the world). Jesus heart was well pleased with those that He was looking upon.

This is the 4^th time I’ve had this particular vision with something being added to it each time. The first time I saw the Lord sitting with oil on His head and it was dripping down on His beard and onto His garments. He told me that He was beginning to pour out His anointing oil on His people.  This was around 1987.

The second time I had this vision, the Lord was sitting with oil dripping onto the floor and He was standing. He told me then that the oil of His anointing was upon His people and that He was arising from His sitting position in posture to return.

The third time I had the vision, the Lord was standing with His hand on the door latch. This occurred in 2008, I believe it was in July.

I believe it is confirming some of the picture of His preparation to return.

For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;  that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;  strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy;  giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.

“Walk worthy of the Lord”

This is not speaking of our salvation for we were not worthy to be be saved (Eph 2:8), this is our walk, the direction we walk in (Psa 1:1;Psa 119:105; Isa 2:5) the way we move (John 12:35), live (John 8:12) and have our being (Acts 17:28). It is like when Adam and Eve first walked in the Garden of Eden with the LORD (Gen 2:25) .  Innocent. Pure.  It is when we are found side by side with Him without shame in our nakedness (1Jn 2:6). This is that stroll which exemplifies the Beatitudes(Mat 5:1-9). It is a Kingdom stride in light.  When we walk in that garment of His light which is translucent and without façade.(1Jn 1:7)  It is walking in the Armour of Light (Rom 13:12) and walking in His Love (Eph 5:2; 2Jn 1:6)  This is how we will walk when we are “filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding.”

“Being fruitful in every good work”

God called us to be fruitful and multiply (Gen 1:27-28), and that we can tell a tree by its fruit (Gen 1:11; Mat 1:1-19; Mat 12:33; Luk 6:44).  Yeshua spoke a lot about fruit bearing.  In the natural a tree’s branches reach out in direct relationship to its root system.  The strength of its root system determines its health as well as its ability to weather the storms of life.  We as spiritual trees are to be rooted and grounded in His love(Eph 3:17) .  But first we must be planted in good soil  (Mat 13:23) so that when we are nurtured (light- Eph 5:9, water- Eph 5:26, pruning- John 15:2) we will produce much fruit.   Our budding, when “filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding”, will produce the fruit of righteousness.  We are to exemplify, in our lives, the Tree of Life and bring healing to those God has surrounded us with.  When we bear this kind of fruit the Lord can use it to bring “healing to the nations”.

“Strengthened with all might”

To be strengthened means we increase in vigor.  Our strengthening comes from abiding in the Lord and His word (Psa 119:28; Isa 41:10; 2Th 3:3; 1Pe 5:10) and by applying Gods word in our life.  As we grow in the knowledge of God we will be empowered with excellence in our soul to do the miraculous.

God has called me as a prophetess and many years ago I had found myself despising my gift when I had gone through a very difficult season and was pretty much told to be silent, that God was not telling me to speak of the things He was showing me. I knew in my heart that what I was hearing from God was exactly what God wanted me to speak. Consequently, I believed I would never be able to prophesy again. God is always so faithful in spite of us.

God has been giving me prophetic words constantly and giving me the confirmation also to know that it truly is Him. It’s been quite refreshing and exciting at once. Never let it be said that serving God is boring!!! If anyone thinks such a thing, they don’t know God.

Last week we prayed for a young woman with a migraine headache. Her parents own the home where we live and asked those of us who were home if we would lay hands on her and pray. God told me to gently massage her neck at the base of her skull while praying and to also massage the area surrounding the first few vertebrae. I obeyed and before we finished praying, God told me that she would be completely well by the next day and that the migraine was beginning to lift. Next day… it was gone!!! Her mother told us that her migraines have never disappeared like that and they usually hang on a few days before gradually tapering off.

Our God heals, answers prayer and gives us prophetic insight. It’s what He loves to do!!!

I’ve been having this overwhelming sense that there will be a renewal coming like nothing we could ever imagine. During this time, many will come to Jesus, there will be incredible signs and wonders, prophecies will flow like water from a tap, tens of thousands will be healed of every kind of infirmity, some will be raised from the dead. These things will accompany believers everywhere as God’s Spirit is poured out in the earth. Some who are nay-sayers will be overcome by His Spirit.

“I was reading 1 Chron 11-14 this morning. David’s army was built up with ‘mighty men of valor’ from several of the tribes of Israel – warriors and leaders.

The men of Issachar were described as those who  ‘who understood the times and knew what Israel should do’” (1 Chron 12:32)

The LORD stirred my spirit with these words:

The LORD has so much more for us AFTER our salvation that we will be forever learning and experiencing the pleasure He takes in us. How much Jesus desires that we be one with Him as He is with the Father. The precious Holy Spirit leading and guiding us in ALL TRUTH. The Gospel includes the promise of Yeshua’s return for His Bride to reign with Him in the Millennial Kingdom and in the “increase of His government” forever with the Father when Heaven and earth become One.If believers understood more about their future, “as the only ones created in God’s image,” then we would wake up out of our mediocre and slumbering state and rise up like David’s army.  That this revelation would give us more boldness in the time to know all that GOD has for us.  It is time we get GOD out of a book, into our hearts and onto the streets. It is time to cry out “Repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand”. It is time to send out the wedding invitations.  It is time for “fasting and praying” until the Bridegroom returns.  It it time to keep “oil in our lamps” to “watch and pray”.  While we do not seek a sign we watch and discern the signs and the season.  He is coming soon!!!This is how we ALL become “men of Issachar” in David’s army.

There is power in knowing who you are before God.  INTERCESSORS TAKE COURAGE – the Man leading the Great Commission (Jesus) is an eternal intercessor. He loves prayer and will restore it to its rightful place of dignity and honor in the Church before He returns.”

I left the Global Prayer Room to seek the Shiloh Retreat Center.  It is not far from the prayer room, maybe a mile or two.  The paved road ended and  made a winding turn.  There on the left was a lake surrounded by cattails and filled with the misty haze and morning glow of an awakened day.  I sensed the holiness of this place, at least for me.  I knew I had found a secret place to go and bear my heart before the LORD.   My prayer time was wrapped in the sweetness of an atmosphere filled with wonder and tranquility.  Surely the LORD will meet me in this place.

“As I was on my way back to pick up Becky I was awestruck by how soft, how plush, how verdant and green this place is in the Midwest.  When I was riding with Becky to the morning class I mentioned to her my earlier reflections about how green everything was around me.

When the class opened up Julia (one of our core leaders) shared Psalm 92:12-15 as a word for those of us in the Simeon Company.

During worship the LORD touched my heart and I began to weep deeply.  Corey (the course leader) mentioned that those who wanted prayer for healing should raise their hands.  Becky raised her hand and so I put my hand on her shoulder.  My weeping intensified as I interceded for the LORD to relieve Becky of her many physical infirmities.  My weeping turned to a groan as I became aware of my inability to personally touch her pain.

After I finished praying for Becky the weeping intensified again.  It was at this point that Steven (a fellow intern) began to pray for me and then for us.  He said he saw our lives “GREEN” again with new growth and bearing fruit to heal like the trees in Revelation to heal the nations.  He emphasized “GREEN” a number of times.  Doesn’t it seem he had been listening in on our earlier conversation in the car.  Or was it GOD speaking through him? The prophetic is as real as Jesus!
